I bet you feel out of your depth right now. It all might be like too much of too sweet stuff.

Dear Miro,
Dear Miro,
I am very happy to support and endorse your NVC course and education.
I first discovered NVC through your weekend workshop in mid 2010 which
has certainly enhanced my life in many ways.
In particular my communication with my partner, family, friends and
business associates.
Firstly, it has given my Partner and I, a common language and framework
to relate and communicate with, enabling me to listen and distinguish between
the facts of what is being said, and not “my story” of what is being said. This has been especially helpful as my
partner attended the workshop also.
Through this listening we have greater empathy for each other and are
able to “get what each other is saying” allowing for a much clearer and loving
relationship.
Secondly, this also flows over into my other relationships, be it
friends, family or business people, even though they haven’t attended NVC
themselves. The fact I have, allows me
to better understand and listen to others, making for clearer communication.
Finally, I have recommended to many of my friends family etc, to attend
one of your workshops and to this end, I fully endorse your aim to provide that
opportunity for these people.
Please contact me if you require any further information in assisting
you to meet your goal.
Yours sincerely
and
Warm regards

I
am very happy to recommend the NVC programme that is currently taken by
Mr
Miro Zaleta. It was my pleasure to spend
a weekend in June 2010 learning from Miro in a personalized workshop situation
with a small group of other people.
The
delivery of the NVC programme was executed in a professional manner by both
Miro, and his co-facilitator at the
time.
Learning
NVC gave me an entirely different way to look at relating to people, in
particular my partner who I attended the workshop with. This was invaluable for us as a couple, and
has enhanced the communication between us in such a way that it is easy for me
to honestly say, EVERYONE should learn this way of relating. It has a lot of integrity, is about a ‘feel
good’ result for everyone (to put it very briefly) and assists one in their
everyday life to observe what is actually happening, rather than making a story
for it. This takes a whole lot of
unnecessary worry and stress out of situations that could potentially go
horribly wrong.
Yours
sincerely, Deborah Stewart. Auckland,
New Zealand.

To whom it may concern,
I attended a weekend workshop with Miro Zaleta at a time in
my life when I was examining my communication skills is relation to my family
and friends. I realized through the workshop the importance of honest, empathetic
and loving communication. Miro was able to offer support and direction in
a soft and caring way without judgment or limitation.
Miro's skills offer a humanistic approach to communication
and connection in a world of discontent.
Sincerely,
Dr. Susan Caruso, Kerikeri

Here's a
paragraph about my experience at your workshop:
I
attended Miro Zaleta's authentic communication workshop held during a
weekend in Auckland 2010.
Miro
lead the workshop thoughtfully and sensitively, as well as with humour and
warmth.
He
was constantly using the techniques during the workshop which helped demonstate
them in practice.
I
enjoyed the workshop being a small group and being able to practice with
another participant. Miro was able to give his attention to
individuals/pairs regularly due to the small numbers of participants.
Examples we worked with were from participant's lives and so
were very real and relevant for all involved. Participants came away
with written notes and there was follow up encouraged through weekly email
contact from Miro.
I
have learnt that authentic communication is a process which can be used in
all aspects of life and the workshop has given me new options for
dealing with challenging communication situations.
Good
luck, Miro. Keep me updated on progress.
Best
wishes,
Robin

My experiences at my Authentic Communication workshop were life
changing to say the least.
I had always had a problem with knowing how to communicate what I
needed without being either hurt, angry or worst of all, silent all together,
so as not to ‘rock the boat’ or upset anyone.
These conditioned communication tactics would often lead to frustration
and depression.
Now I can communicate my feelings better, knowing thats exactly what
they are ‘my feelings’, no-one else's.
No-one can ‘make’ you feel a certain way and you can not control how
others ‘feel’ about any one situation.
All you can do is try to understand how you feel about a situation
inside of yourself and why, and state how YOU feel about it, without having a
attachment to a set outcome.
This allows a more open and authentic flow to communication,
something I thought would never be possible, especially when it came to my
communication with my family.
Now I feel more confident and happy and, with practice, I am hoping
to once again have communication with my family.
Without Miro’s knowledge and support, as well as relevant material
obtained from the workshop i.e NVC book, handouts and exercises, I feel this
life changing experience would not have been possible.
Thank-you Miro and may you touch other peoples life's as much as you
have touched mine.
Kindest Regards
Cherie Gwilliam, Helensville
