TRE (Trauma Release Exercise) is a set of simple and gentle physical exercises activating your body's own innate resource to release stress and tension.
Once you learn the exercises (usually within one or two 90 minutes sessions), and train your body to trigger the inner mechanism for releasing tension (3-5 weeks) you'll be able to use the process (10 - 20 minutes) regularly or any time during the day when you need it to put yourself back to balance.

Today the process is used by a wide variety of people, from US veterans to teachers and even children.
